Are your cards printed or printable?

Printable. Every card is a digital download, so nothing is shipped. After you buy on Etsy, you can download your files from your Etsy Purchases page or the email Etsy sends you.

What do I get?

A high-resolution PDF of your card, sized 5x7, with the front and inside.

How do I print it?

Print at "Actual size" or 100%, and turn off "Fit to page." A matte white or cream cardstock works well. No printer? Take the PDF to a local print shop and ask for it at actual size on cardstock.

Can I add names?

Yes. Choose a personalized card on Etsy and type the names in the personalization box. We letter them onto the card and send you the file.

Can you make a card of my own dog?

Yes. Order a custom card on Etsy, then send us a clear photo through Etsy messages. We make a watercolor-style card with AI, finish it in-house, and send you a proof with one free round of changes. It is a likeness, so it may not match every detail. We delete your photo 30 days after your order is complete. For Christmas, please order by December 18.

What does "made with AI" mean?

The artwork is created with AI image tools from our own prompts. We then finish each design in-house: we check the breed details, fix what needs fixing, add the lettering, and lay out the card. Every Etsy listing carries the "made with AI" label.

Can I ask for a breed or color you don't have yet?

Yes, please do. Email hello@fetchandfernpaper.com with the breed and coat color. We can't promise every request, but it helps us decide what to make next.

Can I print more than one copy?

Yes, as many as you like for your own personal use. Please don't resell, share, or post the files.

Can I return a digital file?

Because these are downloads, returns aren't accepted. If a file is faulty (it won't open, it's the wrong size, or it prints blurry), message us and we will fix it or refund you.

Will the colors match my screen?

Printed colors can look a little different depending on your printer and paper.
